LandingPad raises external capital from private and institutional investors. We deploy it in combination with our own equity to acquire and execute opportunistic property developments. The portfolio currently includes seven active developments, with a further four under contract, representing a total gross development value of €35.7 million. All developments are underwritten by the proprietary data analysis and execution expertise of our Brokerage and Construction units.
