LandingPad’s design-led construction projects range from renovations to new builds, including townhouses, apartment buildings, quintas, and villas. The Construction team includes nine construction managers with backgrounds in architecture and civil engineering, 65 in-house foremen and site workers, and a network of specialist subcontractors. Many projects are delivered as design + build, with external architects and designers working directly alongside our project team.
