Rua do Zaire

A historical three-bedroom apartment in Anjos, Lisbon, this full renovation project came to us in a state of crisis. The client had been abandoned by her previous contractor and turned to LandingPad for help. A story we hear sadly all too often. The design project was a collaboration between the owner and artist, Evy Jokhova, and architect Fabiana Paluszny. The result was an unusual combination of classic proportions and materials, with quirky and creative elements throughout.

LandingPad worked with all stakeholders to amend the poor quality prior works and see the project through to beautiful completion. As always, we salvaged existing materials and features, restoring and highlighting them to combine with the more contemporary newly fabricated elements.
