LandingPad is operating a portfolio of furnished rental properties in central Lisbon and selected coastal locations - our PADs. They are intended for medium term rental with all services fully operational from day one, ideal as a base from which to explore Lisbon and Portugal.

Introducing our bentoPAD
Today we are unvieling the bentoPAD, a T3 apartment in Sao Bento. With its wrap-around terrace high above the city’s beating heart, the bentoPAD is on one of the trendiest streets in Lisbon a stone’s throw from the parliament. The natural light from its five terrace doors and the original wood floors throughout create a sense of space and authentic comfort.

Nestled between the neighbourhoods of Santos, Bairro Alto, Principe Real and Estrela, the apartment is located on Rua de Sao Bento - a legendary Lisbon street with antiques and clothes shops, cafes, restaurants, and the Portuguese Parliament.
Terms and Conditions
- Monthly rent: €5,500 - payable beginning of every month
- Deposit: two month’s rent - payable at signing
- Minimum stay: one month
- Admin fee: half a month’s rent, payable at signing
- Utilities: charged monthly, based on consumption
- Cleaning and other services: available upon demand
- Move-in assistance: available upon demand
- Registered contract available for Visa and other admin purposes
