Each villa is arranged around a central living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glazing on two sides, opening directly onto a covered outdoor kitchen and pool terrace. The kitchen and dining areas are generous in scale in both villas and oriented toward the garden and pool. A master suite with walk-in closet and a private terrace sits on the ground floor of each villa, with additional suites arranged along the lower floor, each with its own terrace.

Villa A sits on a 3,357m² plot and comprises 670m² of internal space across two floors. It includes a 253m² pool and water mirror, a dedicated sauna with terrace and fire pit area, a separate guest suite, a studio, and a wine cellar. The lower floor houses three suites and a garage with extended storage.

Villa B occupies a 3,302m² plot with 575m² of internal space across two floors. The layout follows a similar organisation to Plot A, with the main living areas on the ground floor opening to a terrace and a 134 m² pool with water mirror and jacuzzi. The lower floor includes a spa with sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower, a guest suite with its own living area, a studio, and a wine cellar.

The material palette combines raw concrete, timber and natural tones – informed by the Sintra landscape, allowing the villas to blend into their surroundings while giving them a distinctive modern presence.
