The architecture is organised through distinct building forms that respond to the site’s topography. Changes in ground level shape both the external massing and the internal organisation, allowing the house to sit naturally within its setting. Openings are carefully positioned to frame views and establish a measured connection between interior spaces and the landscape.

The construction requires adapting the new build to an existing structural framework while resolving level differences across the plot. These constraints inform both technical and spatial decisions, resulting in a house shaped by its site and views.
