The project involved complex layout changes and full redesigns of electrical, plumbing, water, internet, and fire-safety systems. Custom cabinetry and wall signage were fabricated to measure, while muted materials and thoughtfully designed lighting foster a calm, focused atmosphere. An exterior patio extends the studio experience outdoors, enhancing the sense of openness and connection with the surrounding streetscape.
Within a tight, retail-driven timeline, LandingPad delivered a high-end, functional wellness experience that supports both practice and community.
