Crafted by Studio 3A, a sustainable architecture firm in Lisbon, the project captures the essence of a traditional Portuguese country house, utilising taipa (rammed earth), a historic building technique using clay from the land itself, but with larger modern windows. The project comprises three residences (one private dwelling of 83m² with two bedrooms and one bathroom and two 140 m² guest houses with two bedrooms and one bathroom each) alongside a swimming pool. Please note: The projecto de especialidades is pending finalisation, granting new owners the freedom to customise heating systems, kitchen setups, and other details to suit their preferences.
The plot has a view to over 50 young cork trees spread across the land, leading up to a hill with several native pine trees. Ancient olive trees are spread throughout, adding to the natural charm of this picturesque plot. The plot is a 20-30 minute drive to the nearby beaches of Praia do Malhão and Praia dos Buizinhos.
